My girlfriend and I have been on the hunt for a small SUV for quite some time and after test driving 10+ vehicles at dealership in the area we decided to stop in to Coulee Auto. Immediately you are greeted with a smile and feel welcomed. The entire staff is friendly and personal. Not once did we ever feel pressured, if we had questions they had answers. If you’re in the market for a vehicle, put the large dealership aside and go here, you will be thankful you did. Plus, no other dealership had the wonderful dog Moose to check up on your during your car buying process.

I had a great experience with Coulee Auto. They applied a ceramic coating to my car. They even arranged for me to use a loaner car as I live quite a distance away from them. My car looks fantastic and the ceramic coating has helped my car to look good even when it hasn't been freshly washed. After I got the coating, a rock flew from a dump truck and hit the edge of my roof putting a slight dent and chipped the paint. As I was trying to put touch up paint on that spot, I accidentally dumped some paint and it ran down the side of my new car. I was beside myself thinking that I had just ruined the coating and the look of my new car. But thanks to the ceramic coating, I was able to quickly wipe the spilled paint off. The next morning there was still some haze left, I took a cloth and hand buffed it out. Now you can't even tell that I spilled the paint!!! That made me so thankful for the ceramic coating!! The gentleman at the detailing desk was so pleasant and polite and patient with me to answer all of my questions even when I was unsure and indecisive. Thank you so much to Coulee Auto. I would definitely recommend using them, and will use them again in the future.
